INVITATION TO BID

“Design and Build Project for the Improvement of
Villaba Water System”

1. The Municipality of Villaba ( Procuring Entity), Province of Leyte, has received a loan from Land Bank of the Philippines and intends to apply the sum amount of Php 80,000,000.00 as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for the “Design and Build Project for the Improvement of Villaba Water System” ITB 2025-03-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Procuring Entity now invites sealed Bids/Proposal from qualified Contractors for “Design and Build Project for the Improvement of Villaba Water System”. The project involves the design and build. Completion of work is within 400 Calendar Days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
