The Philippine Science High School - Main Campus, through the General Appropriation Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos Only (Php20,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Infrastructure Project: Design and Build Project for the Construction of Covered Pathwalk and Parking Space (Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
