• Tender are invited for DESIGN AND BUILD OF PMA FIRING RANGE (1st Rebidding)

  Description : 1) The Armed Forces of the Philippines, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) Capital Outlay for FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of THIRTY MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS only (PHP 30,472,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build of PMA Firing Range. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Armed Forces of the Philippines now invites bids for Design and Build of PMA Firing Range. Completion of the Works is required Within Two Hundred Twenty-Five (225) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
  3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
