1) The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines, formally known as the Philippine State College of Aeronautics, through the 2025 Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the governing Boards,3 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Eight Pesos and Twenty-One Centavos, P 9,797,308.21, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build of the PhilSCA (NAAP) Main gate with Guard house, Reception area and Covered walkways along Building A, including the covered walkway Extension from Gate 4 to the end of Building B facing Hangar and Guestel..
