Description : Design and Build of Legazpi City Modern Fish Market

1. The Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA), through the National Government Subsidy intends to apply the sum of ₱92,109,050.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Design and Build of Legazpi City Modern Fish Market located at Brgy. Dapdap, Legazpi City, Albay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PFDA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 480 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents/Instructions to Bidders (ITB).

Subject to existing rules, the PFDA adopts the Filipino First policy in the award of Government-s procurement contracts.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the pertinent rules and regulations of the existing procurement law
