Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE DESIGN AND BUILD FOR THE FITOUT WORKS FOR THE PCSO BACKUP DRAW COURT FACILITY (REBID)

1. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Seven Million Three Hundred Two Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy and 22/100 Pesos (PhP37,302,770.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Design and Build for The Fitout Works for the PCSO Backup Draw Court Facility (Rebid) (PR No. 01-23-250026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PCSO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days (Design and Construction Phase) from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
