IN SUPPORT TO BUFFER STOCKING PROGRAM
AT VARIOUS NFA COMPOUNDS IN REGION I (2ND RE-BIDDING)

The National Food Authority (NFA) Central Office, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for fiscal year 2024 intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Two Hundred Thirty Million One Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty and 13/100 (PhP230,138,820.13), inclusive of VAT, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Design and Build for the Establishment of NFA Modernized Warehouses in Support to Buffer Stocking Program at Various NFA Compounds in Region I (2nd Re-Bidding) under Project Identification Number 2025-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The warehouses shall be constructed at the following sites:
