1) The Commission on Audit Regional Office (R.O.) No. IV-B MIMAROPA, through the
General Appropriations Act (GAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 and with Notice of Fund
Transfer No. 2024-0098 issued on June 24, 2024, intends to apply the sum of Twelve
Million (₱12,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for Design and Build for the Construction of Two-Storey
Annex Building with Site Development at Capitol Compound, Boac, Marinduque. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
