1. The Local Government Unit of Pinabacdao, through the 2025 annual budget under Landbank loan proceeds intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-Nine Million Two Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Sixty-Eight Pesos (P149,265,068.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build for the Construction of Pinabacdao Level III Waterworks System, Pinabacdao, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Pinabacdao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, Design and Build for the Construction of Pinabacdao Level III Waterworks System. Completion of the Works is required 720 days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
