Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Million Pesos (Php500,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Camburay Mega Cold Storage Warehouse in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the abovementioned project. Completion of the Works is required in three hundred thirty (330) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.

3. The eligibility of Design and Build Contractors shall be based on provisions of Annex ‘G- of the 2016 Revised IRR of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, including Legal, Technical and Financial requirements. In th...
