1. The Government of the Philippines (GoP) has received/applied for financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Philippine Fisheries and Coastal Resiliency (FishCORE) Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the contract for Desxign and Build for the Construction of a 2-storey Laboratory Testing Center (10.0m x 15.0m per floor) in Dipolog City, ZDN.

2. The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources - FishCoRe Project, now invites bids for the above project. Completion of the Works is required by 208 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years, a contract similar to the Project.
