DESIGN AND BUILD OF THE CBDC RIVER WATER SYSTEM IN THE SAN VICENTE FLAGSHIP TOURISM ENTERPRISE ZONE IN PALAWAN

Project Identification/Invitation to Bid No. 25-01-0007

1. The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority, through the Approved Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum Three Hundred Sixty Five Million Pesos (P 365,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), as payment contract for the DESIGN AND BUILD OF THE CBDC RIVER WATER SYSTEM IN THE SAN VICENTE FLAGSHIP TOURISM ENTERPRISE ZONE IN PALAWAN bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

2. The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the works is required within One Hundred Twenty (485) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years period from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
