DESIGN AND BUILD OF AN 8-STOREY RENAL CARE AND KIDNEY TRANSPLANT CENTER BUILDING
ID No. 2023-INFRA-01

1. The Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, through the GAA/Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ten Million Pesos (Php 310,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for DESIGN AND BUILD OF AN 8-STOREY RENAL CARE AND KIDNEY TRANSPLANT CECNTER BUILDING; 2023-INFRA-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Four Hundred Fifty (450) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
