1. The University of the Philippines Manila (UPM), through the UPM-Funds, intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Four Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Pesos and Thirty-Three Centavos (Php54,680,480.36) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Design and Build of the 1050.8 KWp Grid Tied Photovoltaic System for the University of the Philippines Manila. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The University of the Philippines Manila now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of works required is within Three Hundred Sixty (360) Calendar Days reckoned from the date of acceptance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
