1. The Barangay Maynganay Sur, Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur through the 20% Development fund Budget CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Pesos (Php 107,800.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the project “Rehabilitation of Canal.

2. The LGU MAYNGANAY SUR - now invites bids for above-mentioned project, “Installation of Solar Street Lights” situated at Brgy. Maynganay Sur, Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur. Completion of the Works requires 10 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act."
