Description : The Coconut Industry Investment Fund - Legaspi Oil Company, Inc. (LEGOIL), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure DESCALING OF 250HP COMBI BOILER through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
