DEPLOYMENT OF THE VERTICAL HELOPHYTE FILTER SYSTEM
LGU KAPALONG, GREEN PARADISE, MANIKI, KAPALONG,DAVAO DEL NORTE
1. The Local Government Unit of Kapalong, through the Trust Fund- 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Fifteen Pesos Only (P 538,415.00 ) Deployment of the Vertical Helophyte Filter System at LGU Kapalong, Green Paradise, Maniki, Kapalong, Davao del Norte / 006-2025 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Kapalong now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 91 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
