INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(TWO FAILED BIDDING)

1.The City Health Office intends to procure thru Negotiated Procurement (after Two Failed Biddings) pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules & Regulations of RA 9184, the project: Procurement of Dental Supplies - Medical Mission with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Thirty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos (P39,650.00)

2.The City Health Office, through its Bids and Awards Committee, now invites technically, legally, and financially capable bidders for the said project.

3.Interested bidders shall submit the following documents as well as the Price Quotation at the Office of the City General Services:
