1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. 5, Rawis, Legazpi City , through the General Appropriations Act for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of seven million seven hundred seventy five thousand pesos only (Php 7,775,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various ICT Equipment with Identification Number DENR5-GOODS-2025-06-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
