1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. 5, Rawis, Legazpi City, through the General Appropriations Act for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of four million two hundred ninety-nine thousand pesos only (Php 4,299,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rental & Purchase of Foreshore Equipment for CY 2025 with Identification Number DENR5-GOODS-2025-03-001 as described below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
