Scope of Work
a) Dismantle doors and windows.
b) Dismantle roofing sheets and wooden frames.
c) Dismantle wall frames.
d) Demolish concrete walls and other concrete structures/foundations.
e) Removal of Electrical fixtures, wirings, and panels.
f) Removal of Plumbing fixtures, drains, and piping.
g) Removal of steel reinforcement

Work to be Excluded from your Scope of Work
a) Disposal of concrete debris.

1. The contractor is responsible for providing, maintaining, and transporting all necessary equipment, fuel for its use, in connection with the scope of work.
2. Demolition shall be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
3. For security reasons, no demolition works shall commence unless the building is enclosed with the prescribed perimeter fence.
