1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF TALUGTUG, NUEVA ECIJA, through the 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND EIGHTY FOUR PESOS (PhP1,371,084.00) ONLY, being the ABC to payment under the contract for the PURCHASE OF SUPPLY AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONCRETING OF BARANGAY ROAD PROJECT AT BRGY. MAASIN, TALUGTUG, NUEVA ECIJA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF TALUGTUG, NUEVA ECIJA now invites bids for the above-subject Infrastructure Project.
