Description : ¤ The contract price shall be for a period of one (1) year
subject to Sec. 18 of the IRR of RA 12009;
¤ The contract price shall be fixed for the entire
duration of the implementation of the contract;
¤ The procuring entity may pre-terminate the
contract for failure of the service provider/contractor
to perform its obligations under the contract.

SPECIFICATIONS:
¤ The agency shall provide the Office with protection for the properties,
building installation by furnishing one (1) security guard to render duty for
ten (10) hours daily on specified days;
¤ The security guard shall be duly licensed, qualified under applicable laws
and regulations, properly 'screened and adequately trained, can speak and
understand English language;
¤ The agency shall accordingly provide the security guard with firearms and
adequate ammunitions, raincoat, flashlight and other equipment necessary
