Description : 1. The Philippine Statistics Authority Cagayan Provincial Statistical Office (PSA Cagayan PSO), through the Fiscal Year 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (PhP183,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Delivery of Promotional Material - Notebook with Print for the 2024 Annual Survey of Philippine Business and Industry (ASPBI) and 2024 Survey on Information and Communication Technology (SICT).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening for the hereunder project. Also, late bids shall not be accepted.

2. The PSA RSSO II now invites bids from suppliers for the said procurement. Bidders should have a completed contract on delivery of notebook with print within the period 2022 to 2024 with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC.
