Description : 1. The Southern Philippines Medical Center, through the Hospital Income / Specific Budget of NGAs for the Calendar Year 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Three Hundred Ten Pesos (PhP 1,600,310.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Printed Matters with identification no. 2024-11-16-206. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Southern Philippines Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Up to 30 Working Days from Receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
