Description : 1. Meals and Snacks for Various Meeting, Training, Seminar and Other Activities
A. Meals
• At least five (5) main courses combination of any recipe of the following: pork/beef, chicken, fish, vegetable, noodles with rice, dessert and 1 round softdrinks
• Also includes other amenities: buffet table, chairs with cover, utensils, mineral water, flowing coffee (optional)
B. Snacks AM and PM
Terms and Condition:
• For Buffet Meals Minimum of 45 pax for lunch (buffet type) and snacks. The maximum price shall not exceed 450.00 or as indicated in the Food Memo.
• Minimum of 20 pax for Pack Meals. At least 3-4 main courses as describe above. For Pack Meals the maximum price shall not exceed
450.00 or as indicated in the Food Memo
• Request for food - buffet type catering or container / pack must be at least two (2) days before the intended activity
• Cancellation / reschedule of meals must be at least two
• Meals must be serve only upon Authority of Representative through Food Memo and Accomplished Food Menu Slip in Two (2) Copies
