Description : 1. The Davao del Sur State College, through the Fund 163 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos only (Php 10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Setup, Training and Testing of Hardware and Software Requirements for The Project eFMIS/DSSCPSU 2025-01-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Davao del Sur State College now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
