Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
DELIVERY OF FY 2026 SECURITY SERVICES
1) The Department of Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office II, through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA)4 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Only (₱ 2,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Security Services for FY 2026.
Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office II now invites bids for the delivery of security services5. Delivery of the Goods is required for the period January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
