1. The City Government of Digos, through the 20% LGDF intends to apply the sum of P1,500,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT - ICT EQUIPMENT (Firewall Appliance) (I.B. No. 2024-CB-29). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
