1. The Barangay San Pedro Government (BLGU), intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php150,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) chargeable to MOOE - Capital Outlay to payments for the Delivery and Supply of One (1) Unit 25KVA Transformer with Complete Cutout Accessories for Barangay San Pedro Multi-Purpose Hall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.
