1. The Barangay San Pedro Government (BLGU), intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Eight Pesos Only (Php533,688.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) chargeable to 20% Barangay Development Fund to payments for the Delivery and Supply of Materials for the Rehabilitation of Footbridge at Purok Abanico (Zone 1, 3, 4 & 5), Barangay San Pedro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementation Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act."
