Description : 1. The Sangguniang Barangay of Amaya I, Tanza, Cavite, through its 20% Development fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (₱1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Sangguniang Barangay of Amaya I, Tanza Cavite now invites bids for Delivery and Supply of CCTV Camera. Completion of the works is required within five (5) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.
