Description : 1. The Philippine Statistics Authority - Cagayan Provincial Statistical Office (PSA-Cagayan), through the Fiscal Year 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS ONLY (PhP110,230.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Delivery and Printing of Manual and Questionnaire for July 2025 Labor Force Survey and 2025 Family Income and Expenditure Survey 1st Visit for PSA-Cagayan.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening for the hereunder project. Also, late bids shall not be accepted.
2. The PSA-RSSO II now invites bids from suppliers for the said procurement. Bidders should have a completed contract on delivery and printing of manual and questionnaire within the period 2022 to 2024 with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC.
3. Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement.
