Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR DELIVERY OF 1 UNIT BRAND NEW VAN (FOR CONVERSION INTO A RESCUE VEHICLE EQUIPPED WITH NECESSARY EQUIPMENT AND APPARATUS)

1. The Sangguniang Barangay of Macalang, Dasol, through its Barangay Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Ninety Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Pesos (Php790,730.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Delivery of 1 unit Brand New Van (for conversion into a Rescue Vehicle equipped with the necessary equipment and apparatus). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Sangguniang Barangay of Macalang, Dasol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
