Description : The DENR - PENRO Negros Occidental intends to avail the services of contractors for the Delineation and Demarcation of Sagay Marine Reserve (SMR) Boundaries details as follows to wit:

"Scope of Works:
1.Production and Installation of 10 concrete monuments for land/nearshore corner; and,
2. Production and Installation of 4 marine buoys with anchor sinkers and rigging."

1. Production and Installation of Concrete Monuments for land-based or nearshore boundary points (see Annex A)
"Dimensions: 20 cm x 20 cm x 90 cm
Material: Class A concrete mix (1:2:4 ratio), with 4 pcs 10 mm diameter deformed steel bars as longitudinal reinforcements
Footing: 20 cm x 20 cm base, with 10 cm exposed above ground
Depth of installation: 45 cm embedded below surface
Markings:
Top and front faces engraved with “NPbs”, Region No., Map No., and Corner Number (e.g., “CN.1”)
Font: Arial
Height: 5.0 cm for NPbs, 2.5 cm for CN
Finish: Smooth cement render with red marine-grade paint for high visibility"
