1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (TRUST FUND, ER No. 1-94) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (₱240,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Medical and Laboratory Equipment for the Diadi Emergency Hospital (DEH). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
