Description : 1. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, through Supplemental Budget #02 Series 2026-A.O. 02-2026, R.A. 7171 (2023 Share) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Thirty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Six Pesos and Eighteen Centavos (Php7,033,726.18), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Deepening and Dredging of the Soil of Canayon River, Pob. Norte, 2026-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the time of bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works has required 150 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
