  Description : DEDICATED INTERNET ACCESS PROVIDER Subscription with Committed internet Relay (CIR) of 70 Mbps terminated with a fiber optic connection;
  B. Two - Three (3) IP Addresses;
  C. Internet bandwidth utilization via web;
  D. 24x 7 Technical Support;
  E. Advance notice of any schedule maintenance hours;
  F. Shall abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations and all the items prescribed by the
  National Telecommunications Commission for the
  use oa any telecommunications systems, service
  or equipment;
  G. Service level Available Commitments. Internet
  Service provider will guaranty compliance
  with the following performance parameters;
  a. Agreed Circuit Availability
  i. if Last Mile is 3%: Fiber 99.95%
  ii. Metric: 99.98% (redundant circuit)
