Scope of Works:
1. Preparation of the opening of manhole and restoration of the manholes.
2. Deodorizing of the area to prevent the unnecessary odor.
3. Exact and securing of the equipment used and the area of work.
4. Clearing and sealing of septic tanks and proper disposal of wastes.
5. Secure the safety and health at the work area.
6. Certified and Accredited DENR and Treatment, Storage and Disposal (TSD) for waste water.
7. Must monitored by Safety Officer during the operation.
8. Workers must equipped by the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other equipment.
9. Other material use such drums for dislodging and declogging must be sealed and to avoid the spillage.
