Description : DECLOGGING OF VARIOUS SIDE STREET DRAINAGE
ITB#002-06-2026(NEWKAL-02-INFRA)
1. Barangay New Kalalake through the 2026 Approved Budget intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php400,000.00) being the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Declogging of Various Side Street Drainage. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay New Kalalake now invites bids for the Declogging of Various Side Street Drainage. Using the Bidding Process. Completion of work is required on August 24, 2026. Bidders should have completed at least 30 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.
