Description : INVITATION TO BID for SAUG RIS
1. The National Irrigation Administration-Davao del Norte IMO, Regional Office XI, through the FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of P 4,126,169.55 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for DDN GDSI 2025-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration - Davao del Norte IMO, Regional Office XI now invites bids PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE SAUG DAM QUARTER - SAUG RIS, Completion of the Work required 90 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
