FOR THE SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT COAGULATION MACHINE
FOR THE DUPAX DISTRICT HOSPITAL (DDH)

1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (CO 2025, 1-07-05-110) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱350,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of One (1) Unit of Coagulation Machine for the Dupax District Hospital (DDH). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) calendar days.
