Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of Upgraded Cattle Heifer

1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7, will conduct a public bidding through National Expenditure Plan (NEP) for Fiscal Year 2025 (GAA 2025) and intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thirteen Thousand Pesos (₱1,313,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Upgraded Cattle Heifer. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7 now invites bids for the Procurement of Upgraded Cattle Heifer with the following details/specifications:

Cebu - 14 heads @ 50,500.00/head
Bohol - 12 heads @ 50,500.00/head

Specifications:
1. Upgraded/improved cattle heifer;
2. At least 20-24 months;
3. Weight must not less than 200 kilos prior to distribution;
4. With proper ear tags and rope tamed (5 meters);
