Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of Various GARDEN TOOLS

1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7, will conduct a public bidding through National Expenditure Plan (NEP) for Fiscal Year 2025 (GAA 2025) and intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Pesos (₱2,537,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various GARDEN TOOLS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7 now invites bids for the Procurement of Various GARDEN TOOLS with the following details/specifications:

1) 2,190 pieces GARDEN TROWEL, Heavy duty (4.5" handle; 6.5" blade) @ 200.00/pc

2) 700 pieces GARDEN PICKMATTOCK, wooden handle - atleast 26 inch. long; hoe blade - at least 7" & Pick Point - at least 7" @ 600.00/pc

3) 1,740 pieces WATER SPRINKLER, Plastic/manual, 6 liters capacity @ 350.00/pc

4) 3,500 pieces SEEDLING TRAY, 104 holes, class A @ 100.00/pc
