Description : Negotiated Procurement-Two Failed Biddings for the Procurement of Various Office Equipment/Appliances.

1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7, will conduct a Negotiated Procurement-Two Failed Biddings through the National Expenditure Plan (NEP) for Fiscal Year 2025 (GAA 2025) and intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (₱1,630,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Office Equipment/Appliances. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7 now invites bids for the Procurement of Various Office Equipment/Appliances with the following details/specifications:
