Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of 829 bags @ 20 kilos/bag of Certified Inbred Rice Seeds

1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7, will conduct a public bidding through National Expenditure Plan (NEP) for Fiscal Year 2025 (GAA 2025) and intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Pesos (₱779,260.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 829 bags @ 20 kilos/bag of Certified Inbred Rice Seeds. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7 now invites bids for the Procurement of 829 bags @ 20 kilos/bag of Certified Inbred Rice Seeds @ 940.00/bag with the following details/specifications:
