Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Provision of Food, Venue and Accommodation during the conduct of the following
F2C2 Activities in Negros Oriental

1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7, will conduct a public bidding through Early Procurement Activities (EPA) of National Expenditure Plan (NEP) for Fiscal Year 2025 (GAA 2025) and intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Pesos (₱798,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Food, Venue and Accommodation during the conduct of the following F2C2 Activities in Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.
