1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION-UPPER PAMPANGA RIVER INTEGRATED IRRIGATION SYSTEMS DIVISION IV (NIA-UPRIIS DIVISION IV) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱1,100,000.00) for the Construction and Implementation of NIA-UPRIIS Division IV Infrastructure Projects for FY 2025. Bids received more than the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
