1. The NIA Occidental Mindoro Irrigation Management Office, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Three Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Eighteen Pesos and 51/100 (₱ 9,325,718.51) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Canal Lining and Canal Structures of Lumintao RIS located at Rizal, Occidental Mindoro with Contract No. 2026-EPA-OMIMO-LUMINTAORIS-10M-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NIA Occidental Mindoro IMO now invites bids for the above Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within two hundred forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
