  1. The Department of Education Schools - Division Office of Dasmariñas City, through the FY2025 General Appropriation Act, Republic Act 12116 Personnel Services Allotment intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Two Hundred Forty-three Thousand Pesos only (PhP19,243,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CY2025 DepEd Schools Division Office of Dasmariñas City Medical Allowance - Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Program (2025 MA-HMO 2025-08-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
